Privacy policy

In short: our calculators run in your browser and never send us what you type. There is no sign-up, and we do not sell personal data. The details required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are below.

2. What data we process and why

2.1. What you type into the calculators

Calculations happen on your device. While you use a calculator, the numbers you enter are not sent to our servers or stored. If you use "copy link", your numbers are included in that web address: anyone who receives it can see them, and, like any web address that is opened, it passes through our hosting provider's servers when the page loads. We do not use that information for any purpose.

2.2. Technical browsing data

When you visit the site, your browser sends technical data (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time). Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes it to deliver the pages, protect them from attacks and keep them running.Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, available website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).Retention: the limited period Cloudflare sets for its technical logs.

2.3. Emails you send us

If you write to us, we process your email address, your name if you include it, and your message in order to reply.Legal basis: your consent when you contact us and our legitimate interest in answering questions and error reports. Retention: as long as needed to handle your message and then for any legally required period.

2.4. Advertising

The site does not show ads at the moment. When we enable Google AdSense, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before using advertising cookies where required. See our cookie policy.

We do not create profiles or make automated decisions that significantly affect you.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We only disclose it to authorities when the law requires it.

4. International transfers

Cloudflare and Google are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which both are certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing, and withdraw any consent you gave, by writing to hola@netacalc.com. We will reply within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.

U.S. residents: we do not sell personal information. Some state privacy laws (such as California's) treat advertising cookies as "sharing" personal information; when ads are active, you will be able to opt out through the privacy choices offered on the site.

6. Children

The site is not directed to children under 14 (under 13 in the U.S.), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security and changes

The site is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes; the date of the last update appears at the top of the page. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
